Blue Anneliese is the newest addition to our Speciality range. It produces long shaped, blue skin and blue flesh tubers.  Slightly creamy flavour with a nutty aroma.  Blue Annelise comes from the small town of Barum in the Lüneburg Heath, Germany and was launched in 2007  These are blue through and through looking wonderful in a colourful salad and also make lovely Jacket Potatoes.  Try some wedges with these along with a red and a white variety for a celebration of red, white and blue!

One of our guest chef from Simon Howie created 2 dishes using this potato.  Try these blue potatoes out.
