A brown rough skinned fluffy tuber bred in Arbroath, on the East coast of Scotland in 1906. This traditional potato has a very high dry matter, which makes it ideal for chipping. Also ideal for roasting and homemade crisps. It needs close attention paid when boiling, as it will disintegrate in the boiling water if left too long. Old earthy potato taste.
