For a vegetarian option, simply remove the chicken breast
800g salad potatoes, thickly sliced
2 tablespoons oil 400g chicken breast, thinly sliced
1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced
1½ tablespoons Chinese 5 spice powder
½ head of Chinese leaf cabbage, shredded
1 tablespoons white wine vinegar (optional)
